Our team traveled to Italy for a conference with elite Wedding Planners from around the world.

Neena Davis Wedding & Event Planner travelled to Italy last month for a conference organized by Exito Media concept Pvt Ltd Founded by Rishkesh Shetty for 3 days in Arezzo.

Exito Media offers business opportunities and solutions for buyers and sellers. This company organizes every year the planning conference of exotic weddings and this year was the eighth edition, which we had the pleasure of attending. The conference tried to connect all wedding planners and suppliers from around the world, to do a great job of collaboration between them, regardless of the country of origin.

Global collaboration means working together with the same proposal to grow the wedding industry and especially the wedding planning industry, among all the wedding organizers we can make the bride and groom understand that the destination wedding is a trend in which couples want to travel and at that moment have a moment of luxury in an exotic destination and introduce the tradition of the local culture in the wedding.

The 8th edition of the conference was held in Arezzo in the heart of Tuscany, a beautiful and picturesque city where the “Fundazione Arezzo in Tour” offers our bride and groom the possibility of holding weddings and organizing large events in small villages.

Our first welcome dinner was held by the company Event Spose di Gianni in a village, a spectacular place where couples dream of getting married. Gianni and his team welcome you in their village making you feel at home. The Fundazione Arezzo in Tours offers couples their municipal space, such as the Medici Fortress, where you can appreciate the beauty of Arezzo with a spectacular view, and also the Roman Amphitheater transformed into an event and ceremonies place on our last day in Arezzo.

At The Exotic Wedding planner conference we had outstanding and professional Wedding Planners talks such as Jo Anne V Brown Founder, CEO-Creative Director of celebrations group ltd, who spoke on how to choose the destination and the right place.

In this case we have some things in mind: – What place fits your budget? – Will the location need an interior option? – Are the dates flexible, is there a second election date …?

Those are some points to keep in mind when choosing a place. At the round table we had talks from Franc, Director at Weddings by Franc, Fabrice Orlando, CEO Cocoon Events, Jean Charles Vaneck, owner and founder of Sumptuous Events, Kevin Lee, reporting on what his latest works with rich and famous people. Nadia Duran, Events Director of Nadia, spoke about the importance of collaborations between wedding organizers and also with suppliers, on how to transform the network connections we were making there into a true partnership, collaborating with each other in different countries.

In the last talk, we had Eleni Balkouli Wedding Editor at Love 4, Sandra Santoro Founder and owner of Marry in Italy, Monica Balli, wedding and event designer Florence, owner of Froonck Monsieur Froonck Ltd, Sara Mazzei Founder and head of infinity of Weddings and Percy Sales Owner and Event Planner at Percy Sales Events, spoke about family destinations and unassigned destinations. Everyone agreed that it is good to explore a new destination before choosing it for a destination wedding.

Even better if you have spectacular places and professional wedding planners who are willing to collaborate with you to make your wedding a dream event. As wedding planners we need new ideas and professionals among us because getting married is a great day for us and for our couples.
